The room I stayed in had useful amenities such as a washing machine and fridge. the location of the hotel was great as it was close to a major shopping center and a metro station. Another advantage was that there was free shampoo and body soap available in the bathroom.
the noise from outside was quite bothersome, making it hard to sleep at night.

During my xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by two key features offered by this hotel. First, the independent access. It made me feel like I was in my own home and I could enter or exit without having to go through a lobby or any additional security. Second, the location was fantastic. It was close to the main food streets and other tourist spots within a 20-minute walk. I enjoyed the washing machine facility which allowed us to wash our clothes at our convenience.
One of the worst aspects of my stay was the noise level. We faced trouble with a turbine outside our room that made it almost impossible to sleep at night.

We had a lovely stay in a well-located hotel close to everything we wanted to see and do. We loved being right opposite the mall and it was great to have a convenience store downstairs for snacks and drinks. the rooms were equipped with everything we needed, including AC and hot water.
The breakfast options were limited and could have been better.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many tourist attractions within walking distance such as Time Square and Berjaya. The hotel facilities were excellent, as we were pleasantly surprised to find a small and cute kitchen, sofas, fridge and washing machine in our room. The cleanliness of the room was superb, and the bathroom was basic but super clean with hot water working perfectly. Moreover, the breakfast provided was very complete with all kinds of cereals, bread, eggs, coffee. The staff was extremely polite, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and fast.
Not obvious to find.
